Grades not looking great? Finals got you worried? Then take advantage of FREE school tutoring Wednesdays after school. We can help you in all core subject areas including math, science, social studies, and language arts. No need to sign up, just come to the library from 1:15 to 2:15 and be out in time for practice, rehearsal, work, or just some quality doom scroll time. JR*

Softball winter workouts started on Monday, January 12th. Times and days are as follows: Mondays 5:30-7:30pm, Wednesdays Pitchers and Catchers only 5:45-6:45pm and Fridays 3:30-5:30pm. Come and see coach Thompson in room 212 with questions. ST

Senior Photos are due by January 23rd to guarantee inclusion in the yearbook. There is no charge if photos are submitted by the deadline. Photos must be emailed to Mr. Tucker with the subject line, “Student Name Senior Picture.” Photos submitted after January 23rd are not guaranteed to appear in the yearbook, and a $25 fee will apply. Please see Mr. Tucker in room 119 if you have questions. JT

National Honor Society (NHS) is a national organization that recognizes high school students who demonstrate excellence in scholarship, leadership, service, and character. CGHS is starting a NHS chapter at our school! Applications are NOW OPEN. You can find them on the table outside of the career center. Applications are due to Ms. Roy or Mrs. Thompson by 1/30. ST

Please release swimming at 2:30 to prepare for their event at home starting at 4:15. Boys and girls basketball will play North Bend at home today. JV games start at 4:15, the varsity boys game starts at 5:45 and the varsity girls game start at 7:15. GO LIONS!!
